Google search the number, it will show you comments linked to it. From there you can see his friends then use social engineering to get all info about the guy and track him down.

I personally fished out @malix scammer and frustrated him on social media. I even wanted to upload his wife and child pictures but... before malix told me he has refunded.

We should know that P2P transaction that uses bank as a means of settlement is banned by CBN and is done illegally, and as such bank info of the seller nor buyer should not be exposed without verification.

After 2 days the coin may be showing-3% but it may actually be lower in price than when it was at -5% because they are calculating the percentage change of the coin in the last 24 hours.
Hence if the coin were to rise a bit and starts doing +5%. The +5% is the percentage change of the last 24hours only and it has nothing to do with the price of the coin as at when you bought it at -5%.

With all the screen shots we see on this matter, you have a very bad case. You delayed sending him his 20k. It took you more than 24 hours even after you have confirmed the guy was a newbie and made mistake by not mark "paid". Why didn't you settle his money promptly? And with all negative feedback on your account, the guy reason it that you want to scam him. It does not take 25 minutes to settle payment. So you too be ready for his lawyers with all the evidence he will put forward against you. You had better settle this matter amicably and learn your lessons.

That's how I was scammed on binance too by one IKUKAIWE THOMAS UCHE for newbie mistake. They'll stop replying. They won't pick their calls. They'll stop selling but only buying.

Dude refused to refund me till today. We are talking million here. Binance locked his account but he doesn't care. I guess the money is huge enough for him to forfeit his binance.

P2P can be fustrating, am so sorry to hear this. If you which to make such a bulk purchase next time, buy from someone whose balance held on escrow is twice or thrice as the amount you whish to buy from him, this will prevent him from wanting to forfeit his account, you can also seek for a seller with a badge of a verified trader ( which most of the time their price is on the high side), "as for me, I don't buy from people with kuda acct and I have my reasons" and most importantly take screenshots from the moment you click on any bio to make payment to the point where you made payment and save the generated receipt and after that immediately send the generated receipt to his chat and take a screenshot of the chat, don't care if he is online or not and immediately start a request for a query if your wallet is not funded immediately don't wait for 5 or 10 minutes to pass before you do this, send the screenshot of the chat and receipt to the request for query after the countdown, this will make the escrow system to be tighten.

Despite still, I think you can recover this; try writing for support on binance and send all relevant screenshot related to the transaction and wait.

Though you can follow up with him if you have means, call kuda customer service and report the account first..............and from there other Agencies.....
