This thread is full of Extremely Intelligent people.
The business of lands and Properties you all have disected is what so many business men and women have done before and they were successful in it.
A monicker mentioned that the youth will not be found here that they are on the romance thread. It is true.
We the Gen z generation want fast money not a long time investment like Lands.
But one thing we failed to realize is that their is no Romance before Finance!!!.

Let me give you an Inside story.
A property investment company gave my boss a massive contract, we did both Design and the Installation, we were the consultant and contractor.
12 months after we finished, my boss was speaking with the CEO and he said, all the about 30 units have been sold. My boss asked how much is per unit, he said 40m.In this same Lagos. We are currently working on another projects for them.
One thing that I picked from from what @MMotimo said is It's better to invest in Lands.

It can also have it vertically alongside the horizontal design which is another way to protect from burglers...as noted by u sir, that space is a bit wide also.

to avoid such stories,why not do burglary proof. You don't know you need it until situation like this happens to you.

I was at one site and about 1ml worth of cables were stolen. Funny thing is that it happened inside an estate that is supposedly secure. Just imagine how unsafe your house outside an estate is

burglers are just crazy people, they can go into a building creating any accessible channel for theirselves..watch out for these mai-bolars , that's what they do now.

tell you the truth eh. Let's say the gaps between them is 5" wide and a thief manages to cut one that gives him 10" gap to move even your properties. It's aluminum pipe and it's light to cut through.

There's much hunger and rise of criminality in the land, secure your property as much as you can

The problem is not the embedded burglary proof. A properly done embedded burglary has 16mm rod (some 12mm) inside the hollow pipe. So the hollow square pipe you eventually see is just for aesthetic. The Koko of the burglar proof is inside the hollow, so very safe.

With the picture you posted, attention should be paid to the spacing of the pipes in the design of the burglary. Also it should be noted that wire thieves can operate from outside without breaking in if the wiring is done by inexperienced electrician or the electrician was careless. There is a technic to secure the cables tentatively as the wiring is on-going.

that pipe should have an iron channeled into it though and welded at both the sides to hold tight.. burglers are just useless ones. .look at someone's property burgled last year November .they went through the ceiling cut all cables including pumping machine wires
