Population control reduces poverty. Presently, we are like a family of 20 with 50k total monthly income.
Our population in 1960 was 43.1m, now we are 218m and the forecast Nigeria population in 2050 is 450m. U.K. population in 1960 was 52m and 68m in 2022. Can you spot the difference and the rate we bear children like pigs?
If we continue in this trend, Nigeria poverty level will be "raised-to-power 20" of the current rate in 2050.

You have a point. Population explosion is a big problem in this country & we're yet to realise it. Just look around you; so many places that used to be bushes several years back are now densely inhabited by people.
We may even be way more than the current estimated 200million population.

And it is really worrisome.
When i was younger and do travel to Lagos from Ogun state, it was all bushes and forest from sagamu to Lagos. Mowe and Ibafo were small villages then where masquerades dances regularly but now, Lagos-Mowe-Ibafo and sagamu have nearly merged each other.
