Please I'm about to make a very big decision in my life. I want to devote the whole of this year into learning blogging.
I have a small bike that I'll use to work from 6 in the morning to 10 in the morning so I can buy food to feed while I devote most of my time learning to blog.
I have other options and jobs I could do, but I'm tired of working for anybody. I already have a mentor someone introduced me to, but I'm yet to start with him.

My question is, is blogging still profitable?

It is.

But if your mentor can't convince you that the niche he is giving you is going to work for you, please don't go into it.

Even if he makes $5k or more from his blog, hence, making his niche to look profitable, don't just go into same niche.

There should also be a clear strategy on what topic to write about. Everything about blogging must be research-based.

He must show you why you should go for a certain domain name, niche, and topic on a daily basis.

Blogging is more of technicality and hard work.
