Hello my brother, well done, I like what u have done here! Almighty God shall continue to grant u speed, u shall complete what u started in Jesus Name! I plan to use the same paint producer, I saw u asked about a painter Ayinde, did u use him? How was is his performance and professionalism? I am banking on your recommendation. Also, please let me know how if u find a carpenter and how well he does, I appreciate your honest opinion, I may have to reach u offline at some point. Thanks |

Jeff68:Amin. Yes I recommend Wasiu. But as in most Nigerian artisan he needs to be directed (pre-taping to avoid overspray) but the good thing is that he takes well to correction. I’ll be hard pressed to look for another painter. Good luck on your project Sir. |

Installed the network cabinet in my office. Now to patch the cables into the panels. A job I detest. And the central courtyard. |

Good work there from plastering to painting. The environment is fascinating too. Well done sir! |

ArcToyin:Thank you very much. Means a lot to me coming from an architect. I specifically chose that area. When I bought it, each plot was N500K in 2016 or so. They are now N5.5M in the immediate area and up to N10M nearer to Akala Express. |

EgunMogaji2:That is real estate for you sir. There was a site in Sango Ogun State, theclient purchased it at the rate of 10k in year 2000 but now you can't find a virgin land there again. Same in Otta, land was 250k in 2017 but 3m. |

On to this stage. I hate terminating cables but at least this part will be 100% perfect since I’m doing it myself..

Nezzjnr:Thank you Sir. I give thanks to folks like Spyder880, Aventures, RichYoungRuler, AbdulWastecx, etc that shared their projects and showed those of us "know it alls" how things are in Nigeria. |

mufutau55:Thanks Hajji. I shoved a table saw and Miter saw rail the truck I shipped when I was in LA.They are saying I won't see it until June. So I'll manage my existing TV stand until then. This is a straightforward piece to make. |
