Friend, sorry to trouble you. But I can assure you that it's real especially because Jesus himself said it. The words of popular pastors who are more concerned about money and Popularity might not be strong enough, but that of Jesus himself, the Truth himself?

Consider this from someone who was formerly rooted in the world system.

Think about these:
Matt.5.29 - So if your eye--even if it is your good eye--causes you to lust, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell.

Matt.10.28 - "Don't be afraid of those who want to kill you. They can only kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Certainly not. God doesn't throw anyone into hell fire. It is your decision to ignore his salvation that takes you there. Hell was originally prepared for the devil and his angels. But the devil succeeded in making man to fall and come under his dominion. So,Satan became the god of this world after man fall. He therefore has the power to take your soul when you die because he is your master. This is why Jesus came. He died for us and went to hell to suffer the punishment we were supposed to suffer. So, when you accept him as your Lord and Savior, you are automatically delivered from the power of darkness. And as such, he can't claim your soul after death.

So, the choice is yours. Remain unsaved and Satan will claim your soul when you die. Receive Jesus and he will receive your spirit when you die.
