Why are you all over the place, attacking others for their own Opinion?
Are you paid to do that or you are just displaying useless exuberance, for free?

BTW: People of Lagos have the right to ask to see the trains the Governor claim to have bought, afteral, it is their Tax that was used to buy it on their behalf.
Citizens asking for accountability from their elected officials, is not a Crime, hope you know that. undecided
I understand u wella but kindly advise all those cannibals that will just be open there mouth on something that is less concern to them
Whereas there governors are out there performing rubbish but they won't for once attack them . so I don't owe anybody apology on what I say or said to them cos they all deserve more than that , and not until they all change , if they come hard I will be hard on them too.

GOD BLESS SANWO-OLU.

Very Good Development.

That's a good one.

Lagos State : A country within a country.

The State of many Firsts.

God bless Lagos State.

God bless Nigeria.

We Rise.

Igbos are very pathetic animals.
Bunch of brainwashed swines they are.
The never do wells in the society.
Cannibalistic murderers they are.

Here is a governor working,
And we have another governor in a certain state, promising (ON NATIONAL TV) any woman that delivers in their health center, a whopping #500 (FIVE HUNDRED NAIRA!!) to take care of themselves and their babies!!!!
THAT is a whopping 90 cents in US currency!!!!

But these hypocritical swines never for one day said anything about this foolishness, but they are here condemning Sanwo-Olu 24/7!!!

May Devil and Amadioha punish all hypocrites and enemies of peace and progress in our darling nation.

Amen!!!

God bless you for this brilliant question. We must hold the next Southern President to account on this.

Lagos to Ibadan is almost completed though it is already operational but it should not take 8yrs to do such small distance afteral, Abuja to Kaduna and most Northern Cities have been completed by this Buhari administration, in less than THREE YEARS!

Even the Lagos to Ibadan has been starved of funds and stalled for the last 7yrs, by the same Buhari!

Not to mention the Lagos- Badagry Express Way, which was started by Gov. Fashola, is then Buhari has cannibalized (using Amaechi, a Southerner) from an 8-lane International Route, to Double Lanes, while removing the Light Rail incorporated into it!

The same Buhari that canceled the Lagos Metroline of Alj. Lateef Jakande, when he took Power through a Coup in 1983 but he has now done a Metroline in his own home state

This is for those Zombies who still dont realise (or wont accept reality) how Nepotistic Buhari is.

Go and look at all the Northern Roads and Rails, fully completed with Fast Gauge and even running to Maradi in Niger Republic!

BTW: Red or Blue line are just arbitrary Names/Nomenclature used to identify the Inter-City Metro/Rail Line, going from one point to another.

May God cure the bitterness ingrained in your soul.

May HE put you in a place to appreciate something good and finally make you realise that your life's stagnation is as a result of your envy of the goodness Lagos enjoys that your visionless Gov can't provide

AMEN

After 20 years, Lagos seems to be moving in right direction. Interestingly rail will not have been issue in Lagos if Buhari did not cancelled Jakande's project, however successive government also failed to do the right thing.

We need to hail Sanwolu once the train commenced operations.

It's a good development, but many things are still not clear to me on how transparent this governors are in awarding projects, contracts and procurement, many things are left in the dark. I know one day, Nigeria will get transparent leaders who will be accountable in every spending. no info on how much each goes for, where it was purchased from, shipping and clearing cost and so on. Abi the constitution doesn't support such accountability statement ni?

This is great news! I wish other states can take a cue from Lagos State Government.

While HE Wike of Rivers State Government is busy wasting €3million on a plane rusting away since 2012 yet abandoned a metroline started by his predecessor https://punchng.com/rivers-abandons-monorail-project/ ,

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ya5s-MdcdLE
Lagos State is using same money to buy new trains and racing to complete its own Metroline project inherited from previous administration.

Only HE Wike can waste collosal public funds and not even any concerned Rivers State citizen will complain. HE Wike just used €3 million (N1.4 billion) to 'fiix' a plane he reportedly discovered to be abandoned for 10 years.

Curiously, brand new model of the same model of the 'discovered' plane currently goes for sale at around €11m but among many other priorities of dear Rivers State including decrepit schools begging for attention here https://nigerdelstars.com/rivers-community-appeals-to-wike-to-save-school-from-complete-collapsed/ , HE Wike lavished/wasted a whopping €3m euros, equivalent of N1.4 billion on a plane rusting away since 2012 and had to spend extra travel expenses of moving a retinue of Rivers State Government officials to Munich Germany from the accounts of Rivers State Government to see a plane abandoned since 2012. I am shocked and completely disappointed . Thank God EFCC is taking notes and register of the names of everyone of them that went on that jamboree excursion.

Meanwhile, good afternoon fellow patriotic Nigerians. Please I plead with you to vote Asiwaju Tinubu. Asiwaju Tinubu is extremely capable and competent to lead Nigeria to greater heights. He will deliver and keep his promises to lead Nigeria to greater heights. Asiwaju Tinubu is an experienced public administrator and a Patriot to the core.
Asiwaju Tinubu is the brain behind this new Lagos metro train project we now celebrate one of his successors, HE Sanwo-Olu, for advancing.
Please vote for Asiwaju Tinubu.
Thank you.
May God bless you and may God bless Nigeria forever.

Massive work is ongoing around the mile2 badagry express way.
By this year ending we'll get things right. We need a southern president from lagos like osibanjo that will extend the route of the ten lane stopping at okokomaiko to badagry.
Lagos is on the right track, how i wish it was regional government funding this project wouldn't have been issue

Lol no tracks?
Don'tsay what you don'tknow.
Nap2u this is what im saying. The blue line rail is very important if not most important.
Mile2 to badagry is an international road with alot of foreigners living in those axis.
Alaba electronics market also around that axis.
Many people living in those area works on the island. As early as 5am there is already hold up.
I was surprised when sanwo-olu got the redline first. Its ok as he has procure the ones for the blue line.
I can't wait for the project to be effective. Ill prefer taking brt from okokomaiko or volks to mile2 where i'm very sure ill take a fast train to marina cheesy
Kudos to sanwo-olu on this, we hope for a better lagos.
Believe me brt will generate millions from this axis. The population are tired of risking their lives with aboki bike man and danfo holdup

Why do people throw out garbage like this as if Lagos’ only competition is Dubai/Singapore?!? Has Bangkok ever reached Dubai status? Has Sao Paulo ever reached Dubai status? Has Mumbai ever reached Dubai status? Has Meknes ever reached Dubai status? Has Cuba ever reached Dubai status? Has Puerto Rico, with all the U.S. money they’re getting with the benefit of having its own island, ever reached Dubai status?!? Why do people keep throwing around this statement like it’s nothing?

Please, Stick to the Point! .... Ekiti Politics

We take God BEG YOU and other agents of Thuggery in Lagos, until Tinubu answers that question: Where are the Cows, he should forget the support of the SW, SE, SS and Middle Belt.
Incase you forgot, he uttered those words when Fulani Herdsmen killed the daughter of Pa Fasanranti (Funke Olakunrin), people saw the assailants including one of the survivors (her Brother), who heard them speak their Fulani Language.
But many days later, Tinubu came to the same spot, LOOKING for the COWS!
So, the Cows will be waiting for Tinubu at the Kidnap Spot or the Terrorist Fulani Herdsmen will come along with their Cows, when going on a kidnapping Operation?

He even had the temerity to sneer at Nigerians at that point, saying "Is Eva the kidnapper a Fulani Herdsman"?
I guess he is relying on Fulani Votes ONLY, to become President. make we dey observe.

I hear say even Myetti Allah Terorrist Fulani Association has denounced endorsing him! undecided grin grin
Wahala be like person sleeping on a moving Bicycle.

Is every Fulani a herdsman?

If the criminal killers are of Fulani origin, how are they herdsmen without cows?
