If a woman had done the same and the man defended himself too,the court will acquit him.The court will look at the evidences before it and confession of witnessses if any.Will any male testify against a female suspect about rape or serial killings?that is the question.

In order to convict a suspect in a law court,there must be intention to commit the crime and the action carried out(premeditated murder).

the judge don't live in the deceased neighborhood. I do and can narrate the whole ordeal to you and was even there when he was caught after murdering the guy in cold blood and was stripped naked and jungle justice was about to unleashed on her before luck shined on her as mobile policemen passed by and saved her.
