BlueMann:I saw the foul and I wondered aloud how some people would say with a straight face the foul was unintentional. I saw his dirty play compilation afterwards and it cemented my earlier conviction. He was even smiling to the fans when he was ejected. What a mentally warped sicko! |

DeeMain:I love Milwaukee but it's obvious G. Allen has some kinda mental disorder, dude was still smiling and Hi-fiving after almost committing murder. He's had along history of such dirty plays Right from Duke... It's bunkers mehn honestly. |

The one game Westbrook played well he then chose to take a 3 pointer with the game on the line and undo his hardwork. Lakers really should thank their stars the West is weaker this year. They would be 10th seed in the East with two teams less than 2 games behind them |

A40:I was about to say this. He had a hell of a 2nd half, brought them back with a good chance to win the game but of course it had to be about him. |

End of an era. Salute to GOAT Brady and Big Ben Roethlisberger. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 3:25am On Jan 30, 2022 |
How did the Lakers lose to this Indiana Pacers team? This is crazy. And man Rick Carlisle has really fallen off cos this is by far his worst coaching job. They don't play even passable defense for a high school basketball team. |

A40:A farewell tour woulda been nice |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 4:55am On Jan 30, 2022 |
The refs are always officiating Steph Curry differently. If it was Harden that did the jump into defender shot they would have looked away. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 5:06am On Jan 30, 2022 |
Omo, is this the way refs have been favouring Golden State all season? Waawu |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 5:07am On Jan 30, 2022 |
Kyrie Irving is SPECIAL is all I can say, what a talent! He belongs on the court, no where else. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Android22: 5:24am On Jan 30, 2022 |
Someone actually watched this game and claimed the refs were favouring the warriors. Hahaha. They even claimed Steph was being favored. |

birdman:That's not Brady's style. I think the Man in the Arena series should have been the clue for us |

Android22:When you support a poor team, you'll think like that Especially if that team is the LA Lakers I feel for the guy sha BTW, Curry's shooting slump is becoming worrying at this point He may be having problems in his marriage? This has to be psychological........ |

Like I said, support the Lakers, support mediocrity #poor team |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Khanben: 4:08am On Jan 31, 2022 |
So the question is, did Stafford all of a sudden become a good QB? He is the poster child of how a dysfunctional organization can make a very good player look like a scrub. Jimmy G on the other hand is the poster child of why wins and losses should not be a QB stat. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 7:20pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
Everyone knew Stafford wasn't a scrub nau haba. And for people talking about how stacked Tampa was last year (no secondary) the Rams I dare say was far more stacked than Tampa. They went to a Superbowl two seasons ago As for Jimmy G. The truth is QBs get too much credit when things go well and too much blame when things go south. He ran into a better team and asking a QB to beat 3 better teams in their building in 3 weeks straight is a huge ask. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by birdman(m): 8:23pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
Khanben:I think barring the best of the best like Brady, Rogers and Wilson, there are a dozen or so elite QBs in the league that in the right system and facing the right opponents, can make it to the superbowl. In other news, the NFL is very terrible at recruiting head coaches. They keep cycling over used and outdated folk when some really good assistant coaches never get a shot. Why is Harbaugh on anyone's list in this era?!! And when a black headcoach is given an opportunity, there is a very short leash. Smh. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by steady986(m): 8:38pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
birdman:I like how you snuck Wilson's name in there. You think say we no go notice? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 9:05pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
birdman:This is a troubling situation that the league has payed lip service to. As it stands today, Mike Tomlin is the only AA head coach in the NFL, I stand corrected. The fact that E. Bieniemy is yet to get a coaching gig despite running one of the most explosive offenses over the last 3 seasons is all the testimony I need. When it comes to black coaches, that is when you will read ridiculous things like "he did not interview well", when you probe further into the meaning of "did not interview well" you will stuff like he did present himself well and other spurious stuff. The question is, can he coach a football team? If scrubs like U. Meyer, J. Judge, M. Naggy, M. Patricia, A. Gase, freaking M. Rhule who have failed can get head coaching gigs without questions about their interviews, why on earth is Bieniemy is still being overlooked? Why am I focusing on Bieniemy? Because he is in a perfect situation where transitioning to a head coaching gig should be seamless, especially for a 1st time head coach but alas, he still being overlooked while Josh McDaniels enjoys the luxury of turning down jobs and now getting the Raiders gig! Come on man! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 9:17pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
Roland17:It's a crying disgrace what is going on in the NFL. Matt Rhule, Kliff Kingsbury, Joe Judge. Coaches that were average to mediocre even at college level somehow are able to land head coaching gigs at first try Then you have the likes of Jim Caldwell and Brian Flores who finish with winning seasons and still get fired. Detroit has not recovered from this and Miami will soon follow suit |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Android22: 10:05pm On Jan 31, 2022 |
darkelf:Steph Curry's issue...hmmm. Let us just hope he will figure it out during the playoffs. I don't think he has marriage issues (forget the rumours about an open marriage). His wife sternly denied it and I believe her. If his shooting issues had started beginning of the season, I would have suspected maybe even his parent's marriage. But for now, I think maybe he is distracted by his life outside of basketball especially after eclipsing Ray Allen's record. Personally, the epiphany dropped when I saw the Neymar docuseries on Netflix. I know there might be mechanical reasons as to why his shooting is off but I agree with you that to me it is more psychological than otherwise (at least staying on the politically correct lane). |
