Please, any account that you are keeping any reasonable money like your life savings, don't do any card transaction on it. As a matter of fact, don't activate ATM or Internet banking on it. Withdrawals should be over the counter only.
There are lots of vulnerabilities within the banking system that thieves take advantage of to clean someone out. A colleague of mine had his little savings cleaned out through the sport bets platform.

We don't know the full details but these banks have to be made to sit up. The bank should at a minimum have given up the accounts that the funds were sent to and flagged those accounts. How can the bank say money is not retrievable? That smells of rotten fish! Insider collusion is just the start. Please involve relevant authroties - CBN/EFCC/NDIC/Consumer protection, etc. Nigerians allow criminals to have an easy life and it leads to more crime in society. And God's displeasure on a society.
If OP doesn't have a lawyer, get in touch with free legal service centers, tell them your story and ask for a lawyer who understands financial dealings and let him make complaints to relevant agencies. Not get your money back bawo?
