At Stalingrad, the Germans thought it was over after series of bombarding but the will of the people to pay the ultimate price (even if forced to) to slow down the German advance paid off. Let me educate you a bit, if Cameroon decide to invade Nigeria today, despite our superiority, they MAY win. This because, there is no true Nigerian. US has never fought any war on home soil, only Japan came close but were devastated by the Hydrogen bomb. No one knew what the Americans had that and guess the people who built it. Unfortunately these days every country is very alert and will not want to be hit first. So many countries have classified weapons but the Americans are over hyping themselves. They know they aren't what they used to be and many smaller countries have been able to close the gap due to advancement of technology and research.
