If governments grant the local refinery operators licences in river's state the issue of paying subsidy will stop to exist. But no.There are some cabals who are benefitting from this scam call subsidy. They want it refine abroad and imported back into the country so that they will inflate the import duty and other illegal charges to make excess profit. Besides, who are the marketers receiving subsidy payment? Are they being monitored in other to make sure that they are delivering the products?I still believe Buhari is lying about subsidy because he said it with his mouth that it is a scam. 39 Likes 5 Shares |

Crude oil that is a blessing to other nations is a big curse to Nigeria. Rising oil prices that should translate to more revenue is technically another problem for us. How did I end up in this hole? 20 Likes 1 Share |
