I searched through their records and even mail bags but did not find it.

I even got my phone this January and that one was no where to be found.

How can I appeal this?

How can one know if an item with no tracking has arrived? From aliexpress site, my item was received by the delivery company on 22nd of January and I've not gotten any update ever since.

It's a free delivery item.

You may as well send the customer service a mail to know the state it was sent to. That'll assist you on where to look. [/color]

Nigerians are such thoughtless lying perfidious toerags. Why write " failed delivery attempt' when you made no attempt to deliver the package. AliExpress is thinking that you failed to make efforts to collect the parcel. What a nation of toerags.

Why does this happen more often than not along with a ton of other problems using NIPOST? The last complain I had was that and I kid you not, "The truck bringing packages to the south is down" ..does it mean they have just one truck bringing goods down south? A whole federal government establishment don't have a back up truck? It is so so absurd.

There was a day I checked comments on AE and most of the "none delivered packages due to logistics" complaint was from Nigeria. Even 3rd world developing countries like Brazil have packages delivered in record time through their national postal services. AE would have ran out of business by now paying refund if Nigeria and NIPOST was thier only service area and delivery service respectively.

The post master general keeping saying they are trying to rebrand the image of NIPOST but it's like nothing it's been done. and i know that not all the NIPOST staff or offices are inefficient but must are, so it's the case of "99 rotten egg and 1 one good one" so the whole bunch is rotten.

People are now taking the pains to pay for shipping so as to avoid NIPOST wahala. I didn't bother looking for goods with paid shipping back then, now are days, I just calculate shipping along with the product I want to purchase before I search for the products.

These bike dispatch riders are becoming more efficient locally and I know it's a long stretch, but if they mistakenly hack international dispatch from sites like AE, it is over for NIPOST if they don't step thier game up by then.

I was charged NGN500 Handling fees by NIPOST of which I got a receipt.
The package clearly had "Android Phone" written on it. Though I had clearly instructed the seller to declare it as gift and devalue it. He marked it as Android Phone and the value $40. Which kain Android phone dem dey sell $40 abeg

The Nipost workers though were trying so hard to get money from me shaa, saying we should celebrate because my phone has landed, asking for new year gift and stuff. I sha gave them NGN300 make dem hold body

All in all I gave them NGN800 (500 compulsory and official, then 300 because they begged)

Please, did you check your post office immediately after it was updated to Delivery failed or it was when you remembered or got a call that you received it? Because I'm seeing a gap of 20 days from the update of 'Delivery failed' to when you received it.

There HQ should have a database; give them tracking there let them run query and see what there finding will be (and any nipost or nipost connect here can also help)

you need to got to your state post office HQ, and also send a mail to NIPOST. you can't blame aliexpress for there ruling...
The solution is to find-out what happen, find a way (through you or through NIPOST) to send an official mail of "lost item"
I am in Nipost bag too, I hope mine don't end up like this.
Nipost is now a NO NO for expensive items

It's with Nipost.They will contact you eventually but be warned,it might take a month or more.

What does Out for delivery indicates when tracking please?

most nigerian banks charge btw 470 and 485 niaura to 1 dollar. access bank has been discovered to have 300usd limit on the normal debit cards.. other known banks have only 100usd limit. i believe we should still continue exploring, as some other unknown/untried banks could have this same 300 USD limit as access bank, just that we never try them

no, gtbank have increased their limit to 200 usd since last year.


The reason why I ask was, the last time I use my gtbank card, I was charge 460 to a dollar why Uba charge 465 to dollar then. But I was surprised why I saw 490 to dollar for gtbank through Google and I thought there was error in it.

That is the main reason I ask maybe someone just use his card recently and also what I wanted to order does not belong to me so that I can know how much I would charge the person
