You can pay tithe & be poor because the bible did not promise you prosperity by tithing.

Knowledge is power!

After paying your tithe, it empowers you with ideas for wealth creation.

If you don't use that idea to create wealth, you will remain poor.

We are all God's children, whether we like it or not. Believers and non-believers.

Tithing itself is an act of faith, and only believers are known to have faith in God.

On the part of believers who don't pay tithe and are prospering, they are definitely doing something GOOD and not EVIL, therefore blessings from the heavens come to them.

Therefore, to answer your question, everyone in life has a destiny, and it can't be changed but be altered, with these acts of faith (tithing for believers) and acts of doing good and not evil (for unbelievers), prosperity is certain
