MyVILLAGEpeople: True but this year's was different. There was a lot more global attention drawn to it because of the antics of European clubs. If they could make it every 3 years, it would naturally increase in value. Scarcity is what makes anything valuable. 1 Like 1 Share |

MyVILLAGEpeople:Football generally has declined compared to how it was years back. Most players carrying themselves like super stars now ain't even qualified to be on the bench back then.......Only few exceptional players like Ronaldo, Messi, De Bruyne, Lewandowski, Aguero, Drogba, Eto, Gerard, Lampard and few others can make it into the first time. Players like Sterling who runs like headless chicken, Neymer with chicken legs and others will rot in the bench. |

Its only in Nigeria that our Fulani can't play football ,politics have consequence. The three best players Sadio mane, Vincent abubakar and Mendy are all Fulani by tribe though from probably different subgroups. And I think this coincidence lend credence to the Fulani spread in west Africa. |
