I mean packages from Hong Kong that have already arrived in Lagos.

I mean from Lagos to your state, how many days /months did it take to get your package?

My electric toothbrush took one month and thirteen days to get from Lagos to abeokuta, distance of about 120 kilometers.

NG….E, handled by speedaf till it gets to Naija then they hand over to nipost, you’ll either go to nipost to collect it or if you are lucky speedaf will arrange with you for self pickup. Wait time …. 3weeks to 1 month.

LP004 , you are fcked from all angle , nipost will handle it from start to finish . Wait time… 1 month to 6 months.

I tell you. That "Android phone" written gbàràgàdà on it is like the parcel screaming "steal me, steal me" to IMPC and NIPOST.

And for him to have received the parcel intact with all that screaming is a miracle of 2022. Maybe some hitherto interceptors at IMPC and NIPOST are fighting hard to be true to their new year resolution. I pray God help them to keep it.

OP in my front....
i am also in your shoe, ordered on the 24th of December and till now, i have not received and tracking stop/stuck at arrived at Nigeria (11th of Jan.)
my protection period is going to end by 13th of this month, but I applied for refund early and I won, i was giving full refund plus coupon cost

Wait till the expiration of your 'buyer's protection period ( about 4 days from now )' before opening dispute. Else, Aliexpress will disregard your dispute.

You're welcome. At the end of your BPP, you'll receive a message and email from Aliexpress, telling you that "your order is completed bla bla bla.'' At this point, never fret over the message; as it is automated. Then, you can go ahead with dispute opening .
