Please I need help to get a refund for my items I bought since last year december. The tracking shows it is still in transit in china town since 30days of purchase. So I asked the seller for a refund. The seller then cancelled the shipping process after which I pressed "apply for refund." But the seller cancelled/altered my refund application with a new resolution which I don't know what action to take. Pls see screenshot. I don't want to loose my money to the seller.

This looks like alibaba or some other outlets apart from AliExpress. On AE, there would be a "reject" tab and an "accept" tab. But seeing that an "escalate" tab is here, I think you should "escalate" things for the arbitration team to look into it.

Are you serious? I also ordered earpods since December 2021 and it is still displaying "Received by the delivery company" since 29th of December.

These people shouldn't mess with the wrong people o. I intentionally put the postal code and address of a military formation where my relation works so they'll think twice before stealing my parcel.

This is one of the most stupid question I've seen this year, why would you dispute an order you've received in good condition?
You're literally tracking the order from speedaf site and you're still saying AliExpress used Nipost when it's clearly speedaf that handed it over to Nipost.

You probably came here to seek validation to do the nonsense you've already made up your mind to do, FYI there's no way you'll win that dispute cause tracking already shows that it has entered the destination country

Don't dispute instead use a diplomatic way cos the seller will lose his money, at least, put yourself in his shoes. Inform the seller you received ur item but there is glitch in logistics. Ask the seller to forward a complaint to AE, they'll work on it and probably get a permanent fix (Perhaps, route most items via SpeedAF)

You're funny. Do you think your local NIPOST do not have record of the day and time when the package was received by you? NIPOST tracking is just totally wack, but that doesn't mean they don't have the record of final delivery even if it is written on just paper rather than the easier electronic records.

And that they charged you a delivery fee of 500 naira "because you used Speedaf" seems to me that they scammed you. . It seems you were played. Or maybe the item has a large weight, cos that is the only time they usually charge more than the standard 200 naira on registered items.

Ọ̀gbẹ́ni, don't try to open dispute ó. Ẹ sure die say you go lose am.

Edited: It's is speedaf NG...E unregistered items that usually gets picked up by NIPOST, so if you got charged 500 naira, then you have been swindled. Those NG...E items are usually small items, equivalent of unregistered NIPOST items that do not attract delivery charges.

it is a minor USB hub, the guys at the post office brought out the packet with a teller on it claiming as if the 500 naira was demanded by speedaf, they made me pay that fee and issued a receipt claiming it’s cos the package was shipped by speedaf.

Toh! That they issued reciept perhaps gives the 500 naira some legitimacy. But I still strongly believe that their reason attributed to it "being shipped by Speedaf" is unfounded. I hate it that they cheated you. After all, anybody can print a fake receipt too and claim it as government issued. 500 naira for a USB hub. Shey na 120 usd be the cost of the item ni? Haba!
