Man. How we go do. It's not that we forget it's been over 10 years now, it's always in the corner of your head. It's just sometimes you just try to get closure from it all. It's all you can do especially when you realize that as you grow older someone you know is passing every other month. Last 2 years taught me this

If at this junction Lillard can't request for a trade or put serious pressure on his front office it will further emphasize my belief that he's a coward that fears the scrutiny of been at the forefront competing for a title.
It takes serious cojones to bet on yourself by moving to another team as a star to position for a title run. The media and fan scrutiny is dialed up.

Lillard just wants to chill, stat pad, collect big money, home love and the benefits of " what if's" throughout his career.

I am still indifferent about Ime's coaching, he still has to show me he can coach us out of slumps. I like how we have attacked teams when they employ the zone which used to be a big problem. The biggest improvement has been on offense. Like I said, I will wait until the next 3-4 games to see how we play.

CJ to the Pelicans. At this point the Blazers should just give us Dame and take Westbrook. Westbrook would help them tank well.

If I hear, the best deal for the Blazers is with the Sixers. A starting backcourt of Simmons and Anfernee Simon's is not a bad place to start from

I said this 2 months ago, the Blazers need to trade everything and start all over again(REBUILD). This thing is not working, they have given it nearly 6 seasons, if I am not mistaken with Lillard/CJ/ Nurkic and have a mere conference finals to show for it.

If I am the owner, I am trading the core pieces with the intention of getting good 1st round picks and associated pieces to fill my roster. More importantly, your core pieces are aging and that means an inevitable drop in value. CJ/ Lillard/Nurkic will be useful elsewhere.. pursuing a Simmons trade should not be explored, in my opinion.

Ben Simmons has no choice, he has 4yrs left on his deal, and he has insisted he will play anywhere but Philly. As for the Blazers, if they can get Simmons and some picks or players, they can afford to tank for the rest of this season and then hope they make the right pick at the next draft.

PS: The Pacers and Kings trade is kind of weird, I understand what the Pacers are trying to do, but what does the Kings get from this.
