Why not? The University is a creation of the law... All that is needed to do is repeal that law and effect a change of name, thereafter, all necessary bodies will be informed.

That is quite interesting. They should reframe the acronym to be more attractive. I think same should be done to our university of tech. Many of them now offer unfortunately professional courses.
