The point is that NK is not has powerful as the US, but ot has the capacity to deter the US aggression. NK is not in the same level with the US.

I think USA earned their respect.
In terms of philanthropy, research, giving aids, assisting in disaster, is there any country that can match USA?
What's the usefulness of Russia's riches? What's the benefit of North Korea to the world?
