You may have your reasons to report but trust me, its better to counsel her about matters of the heart than report, discuss sex education and why she should stick to abstinence for now. You would be doing her more good by doing this than reporting because;

1. She would trust you so much that she would have no problem telling you all her affairs and confiding in you, which I believe is what you will prefer than her becoming secretive and dodgy, which could lead to her making grievous mistakes.

2. Based on the fact that she would be open to you, you may have some kind of control over her and still make sure that she follows through with what is important (school, academics) and not get distracted by sweet words..more like help her differentiate between love and lust.

Reporting could make everything go worse because by default the heart want what it wants, and since we humans are by default stubborn, na forbidden fruit we like, reporting may even make her more interested in the forbidden fruit...
