There are many errors during the translation of Bible texts hence the misconceptions.

The righteous and the unrighteous Paul spoke about {Act 24:15} simply connotes two categories of people. The first knew God's standard and lived their lives in harmony with it so God declared them "RIGHTEOUS" {James 2:21} but there are many people who never had any dealings with the true God, throughout their lives they worship idols yet they're prisoners of conscience as they won't do to others what they don't like {Matthew 7:12} these ones even though they don't know God's will they are a law to themselves {Romans 2:14} so God declared them "UNRIGHTEOUS" they will be remembered for their humaneness.


But some people choose to be evil, they don't care what others go through due to their actions so these ones God declared them "WICKED" such ones will be forgotten in their graves! Psalms 9:17

Well if you're talking about the deaf or blind there are many preachers and teachers among us who are blind and others deaf yet they're speaking in the language of the deaf and blind to win souls.
