It would have probably started ma'am, maybe they just haven't updated it in your portal. Keep sending them webforms and email.

Try ordering your gcms notes, it can help them Kickstart your application if they've left it somewhere.

I received request for an outstanding payment on my application however, After using the link they sent for payment, it wasn’t successful. I’ve used different cards, Nigerian card and foreign one… I’m not sure what other means of payment there is.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Good day everyone. I found out that it is necessary to fill in whether you have been denied a visa before to any country. I just realized I was denied a schengen visa about 12 years ago when I was in ss1, secondary school. It was supposed to be for an excursion organized by the school via an agent but we were all(all of us going for the excursion) denied the visa. To be honest, I cannot remember the details citing the reasons for the denial. My question now is, if I declare that I've been denied a visa before, how do I give a reason since I cannot remember. I also cannot find that my old International Passport. Do I leave it out of the application? How do I explain in a way that it does not seem fishy. thanks in anticipation of a response.

Bro you need prayer because I believe your medical request should come first before correspondence letter .

Or you have done your medical?

Ketima/Anon 123 pls can u answer me.

Pls i cant understand why i am making so many errors. I have sent the webform and email. Just realised what i sent has errors. I also had two USA refusals when i was still single and two UK refusals. I mistakenly sent only the Uk refusals but with the date for the US refusals and i didnt send the USA refusals while i was single. Honestly these refusals have been so long ago. It skipped my mind though i included a scanned copy of my passport with the stamped dates for both embassies.

Pls is there a way to recall the webform and the emails which i sent.
You have been dominated by the fear of refusal and this has resulted in further errors. You need to take a moment break! After relaxing, draft a good LOE and forward a copy to @Makano and@Ketima etc for their perusal and/or revision. Also indicate that the new LOE supersedes the previous email forwarded on...and, therefore, they should disregard it. We are humans and errors are bound to happen. Cheers!

Woow!! Chizitere you're tensed. Please can you calm your nerves down please. Please take a deep breath and calm down. I know you're so agitated but being in that mood won't help you.

Please this time around, relax and draft it well and include all refusals with reasons for refusal.

Also note in your LOE that the VO should disregard the earlier one sent as it was sent in error. But please this time around, don't make any mistake or forget to include any other refusal(s)

You would need to generate a payment instruction on flywire, once generated, go to your bank to initiate the payment via Form A

The essence of this forum is for people to source answers to their questions. These two questions have been asked in different styles and forms and all with the same answer.

Thank you for your response @Anon123. I have not submitted an application yet. You know sometimes one may not have noticed some info here till one needs it, thank you for taking your time to reply.

You will need generate fanshawe wire transfer details from the flywire. Take it to the bank and fill in the details in the form A. Please ensure to include the flywire ticket number in the form A.

Nobody knows but its mostly likely when eligibility starts. Once you submit an application with your bank statement, IRCC goes through the period on the statement. They do not go above or beyond the last date on the statement

You mean you received a procedural fairness letter. What you got was a chargeback meaning who paid the visa fee didnt pay or the amount bounced back into the account paid from.

How much was outstanding payment?

There's no way to recall the webform you had sent. Take a deep breath. Gather as much information and explain the Intricacies behind your REFUSALS and send. You'll be fine.
