The issue of Heaven(eternal reward) or Hell(eternal damnation) only comes in for those who believe in Jesus Christ and have undergone the process of being born-again - John 3 vs 1 - 21 by which they gain access into the Kingdom of God either through the broad gate or the narrow Gate- Matthew 7 vs 13 - 14 & Luke 13 vs 24 - 30.
