okeysoninv: Which range?? SU57 5,500km to F35 2,200km. SU doubled the range and which modern jet will not have high resolution sensors and targeting computer? F35 been used to send drones into enemy territory features has not been used on any aircraft. It’s a concept feature that has not been tested. Bros put your energy on F22, It’s a better machine. 1 Like |

This is an excellent achievement. Atleast we all know where our m9ney is going. Most times the impact of a leader is not felt immediately till he vacate office. The m25 jets will support the Tucano in mop up operations. Iswap and bokoharam will soon be under greater control if not eliminated. When insecurity is brought under control, then real development will begin. I know there is hope for Nigeria . With the signing into law the petroleum Industry bill, the electoral reform which will soon be signed. I think there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. |

okeysoninv: Avoid radar detection. Avoid SAM. The majority of the SU 57’s characteristics are still unknown. F22 and SU15 are more stealthier than F35. You don’t get my point here. F35 is not an ideal killing machine. F22 is a complete beast. |

alatbaba1:lol oga f-35 beat su57 nonsense hands down . Russia doesn't have technology for stealth. Ask ur self why Israel has been raping Syria despite Fielding s400 and s300. Russia knew the su57 is shitty that's why it is not operational yet. |
Re: Nigerian Air Force To Receive First Batch Of 24 M-345FA Fighter Jets by alatbaba1(m): 1:38pm On Feb 16, 2022 |
okeysoninv: S400 is currently the best air defense system in the world. Those attacks on Syria by Israel was carried out by F35 ?? All air defense system have one major disadvantage. Low flying aircraft. Israel hit Damascus with F16s not F35. Israel pilots was flying very low beating the Syrian S400 defense system. |

Mooh247: Money for printing National Flag logo = $100,000,000 Money for shipping to Nigeria = $100,000,000 (in special golden containers) Money for settling customs on the road = $50,000,000 Money for testing the planes in the air = $100,000,000 Money for "MISScallenous expenses" =$150,000,000 Thankiyu |

alatbaba1:oga Israel operates f-35 , they are not meant for dummies. Also ask Armenia how Azerbaijan dealth with their so called Russia s400 trash. Air defense is only good in paper not in real life practical.F-35 still have most varieties of weapons in it payload. |

The rate at which fighter jets are landing Nigeria is now something else. How I wish it correlate with us been able to defeat insurgency. But no way. With the way our soldiers are been defeated as reported by the media, it now looks as if it’s the insurgents that are making use of these jets while our air force men are on foot. |

okeysoninv: I never said Israel don’t operate F35. The attack on Syria was carried out using F16. Get that fact cleared. Any skilled pilot can beat any air defense system. F35 has not seen combat, Get that too. There is no special payloads for F35. It’s payloads are already existing payloads in the operators inventory. Please which air defense is not trash |
Re: Nigerian Air Force To Receive First Batch Of 24 M-345FA Fighter Jets by samonak(m): 2:36pm On Feb 16, 2022 |
okeysoninv: The operational word you're missing is "Threat level" is the threat level sufficient for us to a acquire an F-35 fighter jet? Do u know for every 1 hour of flight the F-35 makes it requires not less than 6- hours of maintenance in the hangar? Do u know how much that translates in terms of cost? Moreover the F- 35 is an air superiority multi role fighter and is suitable for air to air combat, though it can perform some ground attack roles. But the mere speed of the jet is a major disadvantage when considering ground targets because it doesn't have sufficient "loiter time" I.e. it can't hover over targets for sustained periods which evidently increases the possibility of missing or not hitting your targets very well. Apart from the unit cost, have you considered the amount required for armament, spares and training of pilots? |
Re: Nigerian Air Force To Receive First Batch Of 24 M-345FA Fighter Jets by okeysoninv: 2:37pm On Feb 16, 2022 |
alatbaba1:Google is your friend. Israel f 35 is already been used in combat in Syria. F-35 can carry nuclear weapons and other weapons unlike su57. Russia s400 is only good paper nothing special even turkey is regretting of it. |
Re: Nigerian Air Force To Receive First Batch Of 24 M-345FA Fighter Jets by okeysoninv: 2:42pm On Feb 16, 2022 |
samonak:do you know m-345fA like alpha jet is a trainer jet not really fighter jets . If Egypt, Morocco , Algeria who is not at war can purchase 5G jets while your nation is celebrating expensive trainer jet . Is that not a shame to the so called giant of Africa. |

okeysoninv:If the s-400 can make american allies like turkey and India to risk US sanctions just to buy it, then it is an impressive machinery. America warned Turkey and india that getting an s400 would disqulify them from ever owning the F-35, but those countries did it anyway. It must have been worth it. |
Re: Nigerian Air Force To Receive First Batch Of 24 M-345FA Fighter Jets by okeysoninv: 3:11pm On Feb 16, 2022 |
CSTRR:Turkey even regretting ever purchasing the single s400. The s400 is a confirmed fraud. nothing spectacular about it. With all the s200,s300 and s400 Israel is still bombing Syria to stone-age. Russia weapons are good in papers if you doubt ask Armenia pm. |

okeysoninv:Granted, it's an advanced trainer but The M-346FA (Fighter Attack) is a ‘light combat’ version of the M-346 advanced trainer with multi-role capabilities including close air support missions, even in urban areas, battlespace air interdiction for national defence and tactical reconnaissance. Secondly, Do u know Egypt receives billions of dollars in military aid from the US? Algeria and Morroco, though technically, not at war are engulfed in the geopolitics of the middle east which is volatile and as such need to be militarily ready at all times because of the sabre rattling nature of Israel and Iran which is throwing her weight around the straits of Hormuz, a route which controls 1/3 of the world's crude oil in addition to the gulf states who are increasing their military arsenal at an alarming rate. Then you also have Turkey, which sees itself as the defender of the Islamic world under Tayyip Erdogan. Bringing it home to Nigeria, the only security threats we have are mostly localized banditry n insurgency, we don't face existential threats from our neighbours as such. |

samonak:believe me or not that jet is a shiity jet.. that can never been used by Italia air Force. Same way Pakistan sold us another shiity jet (j-17). Who told you we don't have unresolved conflicts . Our fight with Chad over lake Chad is not resolved. What about Cameroon. Cameroon is still demanding greater part of cross river starting from obudu highland. Nation should be proactive not waiting like duck till conflicts surface. |

Super yummy. Can't wait for us unleash this beasts on our enemies. It will complement the great work the Super Tucanos is doing. With this acquisition, we are on our way to becoming Africa's number one Airforce army. We can even now help in fighting insurgency in other West African countries thereby helping in regional integration. If anybody says this government is not serious about fighting terrorism, na thunder go fire that person yansh. |

okeysoninv:now I know you're an arm chair analyst who's barely informed, the jet according to you is a shitty jet, yet it is operated by the Air forces of, Italy, Isreal, Poland, Nigeria, Egypt, Greece, Qatar, Singapore, Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan. If it is that shitty would the Almighty Israel surrounded by enemies on all flanks consider to look at it twice? |
