mejai:I’ve read this mail more than 3 times on different platforms. The guy really poured out his pains and frustration. The good thing about this foolish policy from bolt is that lots of drivers will start looking for alternatives. Now is a perfect opportunity for a big brand to step in. The only advantage Bolt has over other apps is their massive advertisements, both online and offline. You can’t scroll through your Facebook page without coming across a Bolt advert . 10 Likes |

Viking07: This is the same scenario playing out between the political class and the masses in Nigeria. Policy makers are estranged from reality. Policies go beyond ink and paper. Come to the street, have a first hand feel of what people are going through before drafting documents. Decision makers in Bolt are just holed up in air conditioned offices drawing charts and projecting incredible bottomlines. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Barbiturate:I don't like to be an enabler of bad thing. I would never carry a rider with ridiculous fare just because it will cover my fuel cost. Situations like that, if the road is free, I'm switching to trap city radio, volume increased and moving fast till i get to the island and reposition. If only every driver can ignore those stupid trips, riders will do better. 18 Likes 1 Share |

But come to think of it, what's all the pandemonium and hullabaloo about the bolt app? Is bolt the only ehailing app in Nigeria? If the terms are not favourable to you kindly boycott it and look elsewhere. People have to learn to adjust along side the changes in life so I wonder what the cry is all about like it's only bolt drivers have b4 they can make a living. Since they blocked my account I've switch driving with Uber i only use my 2nd Bolt account for set destination trips and Uber has been good especially since they introduce the 2% promo, the day they come up with an unfavourable condition I switch as well. As simple as ABC. after all I'm not an employee to any of them I'm just a customer not even a partner. Partner is always involve in decision making but I'm not involve in whatever decision these app companies make so I regard myself as a customer who make use of their services and pay them for it. You guys are free to go on strike for all i care me I will turn on my app on that day to cash out big. Simple! If the heat in the kitcheb is too much for you, leave! Instead of you people to compagin against unlawful blocking of drivers account, poor services abd warfare for drivers, pension, health care, accident and other you guys are there cry fowl over a policy that even when reviewed it will still not benefit you in anyways. pope191: Seriously, Bolt had it coming, that driver score nonsense was the height of it. What effontery? You don't know what drivers face on a daily? I spent over 2 hours to buy fuel at fuel station on Charity road, Abule egba. To be honest, the fuel guys were dispensing at full throttle, but see crowd, even they barred Okada guys from entering at a point. Police was on ground to make things orderly, Omo, this fuel issue nawa o. After buying the fuel, I was exhausted, I told myself, home straight. then a stupid app will tell me to go and pick a ₦600 fare 2 or 3 Km away, because If I don't, my driver score will be deducted n I might be suspended from d platform, what kind of rubbish is that? Bolt should buy cars on the road and see how easy it is. Or better still they should go ask Moove, I have not been seeing their red corrollas on the road again? Omo any fleet manager, I cut cap for una.. Cost of car parts are really up now.... 14 Likes 1 Share |

Hello, I nearly drove through the security barrier at dolphin estate phase 1, they security said the gate needs to be reset. They called the technicians and those ones said the reset is ₦450k. Made a call to an ibukun of bolt customer service, he said I shouldn't pay any money saying a team will reach out to me without stating when. Now the tire of the vehicle is clamped. Anyone here with an experience or advice. Thanks guys Felicity001 |
