I believe this is just a script given to Abba Kyari by the Federal government to agree that he did it because I haven't seen anywhere when a criminal quickly agrees to a crime... Is like Nigerian extradition law will not release him to the USA. According to the law, he will be in Nigerian until the jail term is ended or until the case expired.
He has been into many illegal deals but is like he set up this one inorder to prevent his extradition request from USA
