I am trying to but I also try to enjoy myself. For example, this morning, my wife made an apple cinnamon cake and it was lovely. To eat something like this, eat a little earlier at most 7:30pm and you should be good even by the time you wake up in the morning. It affords me the opportunity of intermittent fasting since I no longer wake up hungry like I used to in the past.

From what time to what time does your intermittent fasting usually run through? Thanks

Chicken curry sauce, I added some shrimps to it and yellow fresh pepper. It smelt really nice.

I do 7:30pm to 9:30am. Most times, I don't eat breakfast till like 10 11ish but I told myself, I am doing 14hours of fasting and 10hours of eating for now.

There are many days I eat earlier than 7:30pm however, that is my cut off time.
