If you know the type of training and retraining he has been exposed to due to his strategic office, you'd know that he could have busted more high profile crimes than these if his dirty side wasn't in the way.

You don't train a mor0n. He must have brought some qualifications to the fore. We can call a yahoo boy very good, albeit in deceiving others. That's the point. Don't make it look like he has never done a legitimate act in service. That will be highly hypocritical as this is his own flaw. Your own flaw may be jaw-dropping too if we get to hear it. I do agree with you that he probably started well before he derailed as a result of greed inherent in man. The moment he became a celebrity Cop with his face all over the media, he became exposed, irresistable Offers came. The rest is history.
