Rightfully so. I get so mad thinking about the Nigerian girls and women this animal got away with doing this too. If he was brave enough to do it in Japan and here in America, he obviously gained his courage and arrogance at home. Animal
Tbh, this is just a mere assumption cos you can't prove that he really did it back home.

Nah. I already did. But it still didn't convince me that Mr OP is guilty. He might have been framed – you know, or it could simply be racism in play. Or what do you think?
I can clearly see now that you don't have sense.

Shìt. And the judge was even a female? Nah. Never will I believe this a bit. I never knew that the American legal system was this fücked up to even let a female judge handle such case.

She could even be a feminist. Oh!
The American legal system is fvcked up? Is the man who was captured on camera chasing a CHILD so he could rape her fvcked up too?

This is the same type of man that will say that a child rape victim somehow “wanted it”. Their lack of awareness shows that they have normalized sexual assault.

I guess you were not on the jury that found him guilty and we can't exactly go by your own ill-informed opinion when it's obvious the thread is too long for you to bother reading.
No, sir. I have gone through the thread and would still do that again. But so far, I am yet to see any solid evidence against the guy – Do you get? Not by judging by his past deeds. I don't know if am communicating.

Moreover, you know how fûcked up the system is, Many innocent folks have been jailed and it is still happening which this case might be part of.

I can equally say this as well, but that doesn't mean he's guilty nor innocent.

Pls try to read meaning into what am trying to say.

So with all the evidences provided by the prosecutors, you believe that dude is innocent, yeah?

Only him and his God knows if he really did it or not.

Besides, he said most of the evidences presented by the cops were false. Like his GPS location and some others that I can't remember now. That's why I said this could be a set-up or so.

Pls am not trying to support the op. I'm only trying to figure things out cos I know there could be some loopholes somewhere – as there have always been.

Whose responsibility is it to furnish you with evidences of the crime on this thread?

Stop being sentimental young man. That dude is a confirmed rapist and fraudster. We were all like you initially writing based on sentiments till we read the overwhelming evidence provided against the dude.

Take your time and go through and I believe you won't be as supportive as you are now.

P/S - This is not the first time he has done this, he did it in Japan before running away to the US where he did it again. The guy is cursed.

Firstly, your first sentence already shows you can never be a good attorney if you were one.

Secondly, even Jeffrey Epstein had an attorney. Every criminal will always tell you they're not guilty even with solid evidence against them.

Thirdly I'd urge you to go through the thread again and read carefully, but not with any emotions or sentiments. Brother, you ain't the first person to believe he might be innocent, so many people were fooled back then also. On this thread, an attorney (1stGenAmerican) practicing in the State of Georgia (I stand to be corrected) also countered him with evidence. I think a reporter in the States also provided some evidence to counter that convicted dude.

Lastly, I believe you're learned enough to know that CCTV don't lie and DNA also don't.

I wish you well.

"Fûcked up the system is, Many innocent folks have been jailed"?

You can't possibly have gone through the thread or you went through the thread with your eyes closed if your conclusion is "this case might be part of".

Care to share?

But even if the guy truly did it, Don't you think the punishment is too harsh? Like 3 life sentences – fûck, this is too severe and against the law.

Never in history has this happened before. At least 10 to 20 years is okay if am to say, cos he didn't kill the child (Not supporting his action though). Even the worst of serial killers weren't as bad as this, but that's by the way and not surprising cos the whites has one of the weirdest rule cum the liberal system. Too bad.

Everything you want people to "share" is on the thread.

No! 10-20 years is not okay.
That child will carry that memory for the rest of her life, and you are here talking about 10-20 years.
Do you have an idea what rape and the aftermath effect does to a victim?
Some are so unfortunate, they never recover from it. It ends them.
If you had taken your time to go through the thread, you'd see the bastard in question showed no sign of remorse. You think people call him a psychopath for the fun of it?

He didn't physically kill that child, but he killed her in several other ways, and I sincerely hope she heals.
Stop trivializing rape!
Stop it!
That demon shouldn't even be made to see the light of the day. He should have been killed the moment it was proven beyond doubts that he did it.

Oh! Maybe I was wrong all the while. The females on here weren't helping matters cos I thought they were maybe feminists or their likes especially that 1stGenAmerîcan lady and so many others, the way they were all over the thread. I apologize pls.

But it really baffles me how a full grown up man would have erection for a 13 year old, up to this moment, I still can't believe it did happen – Gosh, Unthinkable! Tueh! Never for once thought that pedophiles exist.

Bia, Mr op, Thank your stars you're still alive cos I wouldn't waist no time in drilling a 6 inches nail into your evil skull if you had done such nonsense to any of my female relatives. (I
know you can't even think of it) You deserve to be decapitated once you were found guilty cos you don't deserve to live among humans. Bloody demon.

Ok. Let's agree to disagree.
Since you don't want t read, let me help you with the summary.
1.) The rapist was sent to jail in the US for a crime he committed. From prison, he got a phone, opened a thread on nairaland and tried to gain sympathy by telling lies. He claimed he didn't rape the girl and that he was framed because he is black. People felt pity for him. A lot of people volunteered to help him including the Op of this thread( Chartinet).

2.) Chartinet created this thread to help him but when the evidences were presented, the smart people on this thread analysed it, did some investigations and discovered that the Rapist was telling lies. There were a lot of inconsistencies in his story so they dug deeper.

3.) Through further digging, it was discovered that the Rapist committed a similar crime in Japan. He was arrested, he pleaded with them to deport him to Nigeria. His request was granted and he was deported to Nigeria.

4.) He travelled to the US and raped a BLACK girl(a minor). Cctv showed him chasing the girl. He raped the girl, went to the laundry room and changed his shorts. He thought he could get away with it(He thought the US police was like Nigerian Police that won't do investigation). He was arrested, swab test was done and his DNA match was found in the girls mouth and the girl's privates.

5.) He was taken to court with a Black Judge and Black jury. He was not remorseful after pleading guilty. He told the judge to send him back to Nigeria to serve his sentence(same thing he did in Japan). The smart judge could read through him so he was given a harsh sentence.

For him to have the boldness to do that in Japan and in the US, do you know all the atrocities he would have committed in Nigeria. Do you know the number of ladies he would have ruined their lives and gotten away with it because he is Rich.

Another thing to note. This rapist is a family man. He has a wife and kids. When the issue happened his family didn't bother to stress themselves. He was left to his fate. That is to show you his family already knows the kind of pervert he is.

He only created the post on nairaland when the prison was no longer comfortable for him( Those inmates don't take the rape of minor lightly so I guess they were already showing him pepper).

Initially, I thought he was set-up or a victim of racism, but now I understand — My bad.

Like you said, I think he was handed the sentence cos he was not remorseful, that means he's used to doing it already. Fûck! This guy must have done this to a lot of people here, unfortunately, he wasn't lucky this time around.

Thank God I didn't support him, I was only trying to see if it was another case of racism, but it's alright. Thanks for the summary and have a nice day.

What a pity! So this story of raping inmates in prison is true?

But what could push a man to do such a thing, like what does he gain in doing it? What's the fun there? A 13 year old? Unless he is possessed, cos I don't think a full grown up adult can even think of such talk more of doing it.

IMO, I think this guy really deserve the sentence whether he showed remorse or not cos I can't imagine this thing happening close to me.. fûck! Nigga would have been 6 feet by now.

Yes, he is used to doing it.
When he was caught in Japan, if you see the smirk on his face when he was arrested, that's to show you how heartless and unrepentant he is. So you can't blame the judge. If he is released, he will still do it again. No lady is safe with him out of jail.

Yes. The story is true. They don't like child rapist. The inmates deal with them thoroughly. He was already being dealt with, that's why he quickly opened a thread on nairaland crying for help. The mistake he made was telling lies in order to gather sympathy.

Let me burst your bubble.
When the truth was uncovered by nairalanders, He was confronted here on nairaland. He said he just wanted to know if we are smart.
That guy is a psycho.
So can you see why no one is supporting him anymore.
