It's that one at osemoto though NIWA awarded the contract like onitsha riverport, but it was abandoned after about 40% completion, Hope repossessed the NIWA asset, and wants to develop it through PPA, into a full fledged sea port, but it will require dredging though the oguta lake is very close to the Atlantic ocean but it requires Dredging of it's channels to accommodate large vessels, actually construction is yet to start but engineering design of the port is almost done.
