The Eastern consultative Assembly mandated the late Governor of Eastern Nigeria, Lt.col Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu to declare Biafra.

So, if we don't get the presidency, I see a situation where Southeast Senate Cacus and Southeast Governors plus Ohanaeze Ndigbo will mandate a known Igbo son to declare Biafra. They'll also throw their full weight behind MNK and his IPOB.
