Borders are still closed. No visas are issued to tourists. Yes, you need to have a statement of account. Marriage certificate is needed only if it's necessary for visa application (the certificate will not be returned afterwards).

Tourist aren't allowed into the country till God knows when.

It's true. However, some persons are allowed in from next year based on the dates on their certificate of eligibility. It's a turn by turn process.

No. MSc programs in Japan are two years and mostly research based unlike say in the UK where there are taught programs.

I want someone to verify a company for me because I want to send money to them to send me business letter of invitation for purchase of used Automobile and also used auto parts...

Unfortunatley borders are still closed to people coming to JApan for the first time.
People who live in JApan are allowed to live and come back but quarantine is needed.

They didn't reply because the admission requirements are published on their websites. It's your duty to search for them and read thoroughly.

1. If you get a job before graduation , which is the norm in Japan, you automatically apply for work visa; you will be needing your job offer letter, completion of study letter among other documents for the application.

2. If however you do not get a job before graduation and you want to stay back and look for a job, you can apply for a job hunting visa(its for 6 months - 1 year duration). this allows you to continue looking for a job. Please note: one of the very important requirements for this visa is that you have to show proof that you were actively doing job hunting before graduation in terms of interview invitations among the other documents needed.

Yes you can.
It is based on COE ( certificate of eligibility)
you have to prove that you have enough funds to support you and your family and that it iwll not affect your studies.
Good part; your partner is allowed to hustle/work.
