Keep trying, NEVER GIVE UP. I know someone who has done 4 interview without success, whereas I got mine on 1st interview after over 40 applications. You didn't get the job because there's someone more qualified than you. Keep improving yourself and keep improving your CV on Trac jobs. Search on Google on how to structure a follow up email after interview. You will see a lot of samples.

It should come from where the certificate was issued. If that is not possible, then she can get one from her current employer too. She can also use her current employer as reference

The former is used for SW or HACW visa processing, as evidence of English proficiency and costs £140, while the latter is used for study or employment purposes and costs £49.50.
