Why wont they...imagine,german,american,arabian,british and asian politicians..coming to hide their stolen public funds in nigeria.
looted funds from africa.is what many big nations used in developing their nations.

Imagine how naija economy go be.
dubai government made its country attractive and that is why every country is rushing to invest there.Nigerian government is doing the opposite that is why investors shy away.

I think them leaders suppose to sit down and learn from this, and rebuild the nation. and there are many other ways they can also improve the country as well let them check how they are running each of their sectors e.g education, Agriculture, food, security, finance etc and let them duplicate the same here..... godluck naija.

See people utilizing their Oyel money well.
Because they have more of it per capita.

UAE produces 2.4million barrels of crude per day and 'shares' it among less than 15 million people.

Nigeria produces 1.4-2.4 million barrels of crude per day and 'shares' it among 211 million people.

Do the math.

Oga, I have seen filling stations owned by individuals, there is one in my street owned by an individual, govt didn't raze it to the ground.

A mobile filling station won't be razed to the ground by govt too but our carelessness will destroy it along with lives
In the post made by kingslj that u responded to, he said "nigeria govt officials and local councIL will drive the business undeground". Your interpretation of that is "...a mobile filling station won't be razed to the ground by govt". Does driving underground and razing to the ground mean the same thing?

that filling station was not owned by govt but by someone like u
True... However, he does have a point too.

If leaders of a nation blaze the trail for technological advancement, intentionally ensure electricity and basic amenities are not lacking in a geographical area, the citizens will wow them with ideas!

A malnourished child cannot be blamed for failing exams in school, same school he attends with well fed kids from responsible homes.

It is no magic that nations like Canada, Japan, even Rwanda and South Africa are ahead of Nigeria in technology.

Leadership is everything!!!

Arabs doesn't practice the kind of democracy practiced in western world.

No matter how u want to twist it, Arabians has dichotomy, the difference is that the citizens are not bet9ja or Yahoo addicts
Depends on which 'Arabs', Egypt is very backwards, especially socially which is why their population keeps expanding without any real socio-economic growth.

The Gulf States keep their population growth to a minimum and use people from impoverished nations to do all the hard work.

Why won't Nigeria be backward where Aboki Mallam that knows nothing is controlling the nations resources, since time immemorial. For instance, Buhari,Abacha,Babagida,Shagari,Muritala, Gowon. Just two Southerners as leaders. We should go our separate ways and South will compete with Dubai in few years to come. Bunch of Dullard they're.

During the global covid lockdown, countries around the world provided palliatives for their citizens but the nigerian govt didn't. Was it that other govts had more palliatives in relation to their population and the nigerian govt had less palliatives in relation to it's population?

Is the problem with uneven distribution of resources in Nigeria entirely due to per Capita? Is that why Nigerians couldn't get covid palliatives?
