Thats what you don't get. These postcolonial African states are products of that same western world order, failed imitations, half of them have corrupt dictators who are being propped up by the west. If there is a reset, but on African terms, creating societies and governments that work for Africans the way there was before colonialism, combined with exploitation of modern technology, yes, Africans have a serious chance to achieve parity with the west.
