It is glaring that Putin doesn't want Ukraine if you look at the bigger picture, he wants America but he should have allowed Urkaine to join NATO before invading it now and see whether other countries including USA won't come to the aid of Ukraine.

1. If you know anything about geopolitics, you won't say this. You tend to see the west as a messiah who decide countries that exist and who doesn't. Wake up, this is not the 20th century anymore, the west are not ad powerful as they seem. Power now lie in Asia.
