It was Trump's decision to pull out of Afghanistan.
Biden was trying to negotiate an extension instead of pulling out as arranged by Trump. That is why they were forced to move some of their things behind instead of moving them out earlier.

The role Russia played in the election of Trump to presidency in 2016 is highly significant, part of the reasons why the US always wanted to retaliate against Russia (the US never forgets or forgive! Always remember this)… however the US’s alone sanctions couldn’t do the trick and so they had to find a meaner way of getting EU govts to join the attack so that the sanctions can stick and bite harder.

It was the US who kept pushing Zalensky to call for Ukraine’s bid to join NATO, something the US knows guarantees Putin’s anger which would ultimately lead him to invade Ukraine! When it almost didn’t work out due to Putin’s indecision, they began to instigate that Russia WILL invade (even stating the actual dates of invasion), they wind and pushed Putin so much until he decided to do it… now, ‘we gat him’

Next is applying pressure on all Western govts to lay sanctions one after the other. Not just the govts, the sports orgs, the media, multinational corporations… all must take part otherwise the US will put you on a rader (to deal with u later). It’s all political and power and dominance and exceptionalism, all orchestrated by the US!

1. The politics of Democrats and Republicans, not to mention he's still sour from his loss at the polls.

2. For someone Trump's character, you cant put it completely past him the possibility of him still hailing Putin, although indirectly, in this situation if he were still the president.
