A country having banned that traffick will scramble military fighters to intercept and have that aircraft land at a designated airfield for detention.

If the offending aircraft refuses to follow through with that constituted order, it can unwillingly be brought down pursuant to such instruction.

Airplanes are handed over from country to country for guidance through the air. The control towers make sure that no 2 airline come close enough to collide too. If those countries refuse to direct the airplanes, they will fly back to their origin.
