Not easy plus it takes years to perfect

People with average IQ and over 25 yrs should forget about programming.
Except you have that much time & you go to a professional school like NIIT or Andela that will thoroughly teach you

I didn't see where he said his friend has average IQ. Ppl at 40 still learn programming. Just like any other skill, takes yrs of perfectiin. And no, even with school cert, cn learn the basis by joining khan academy. Stop discouraging ppl . Look at where the Indians are.
