Pls which oil do you recommend for sumec firman SPG3000
I noticed cranklike sound occuring frequently when using yesterday...it was very much frequent this night so I checked the oil and it was black and thick.
I've drained it but I'll need recommendations on good oil
I usually use Mobil engine oil that's used for my pops car for then gen but it's not available anymore.
And pls what's r recommend oil weight of d gen

Please can anyone recommend a good generator repair guy in Lagos Island. My generator goes off once I switch on my AC (I’ve used it over one year with my AC without issues) and it shorts oil and emits black smoke.

This generator, I doubt if it's original. People have been advised to stay away from Elepaq for now, too many fakes around. They also stamp unrealistic power rating on these generators.

If the pump is indeed 2HP, get a generator of at least 5000 running Watt from either Sumec or Thermocool.

That’s a 3000W generator. Have you ran fuel test on it with your running load? How many hrs do you get with running load. Be it half tank or full tank?

You are Advised to change oil every 50hrs usage or 2times Monthly depending on your usage.

Buy Total 20w50 or Sae 40.

This depends on the type of washing machine. Is it semi automatic, fully automatic or front load? Check the power of the washing machine first.

Last time if it up. It's 13L capacity but uses 11L or so.
It ran for 11h with my AC, small fridge, ps5 and 43 inches plus alot of people come to charge phone and laptops in days like this. Idk if that's up to full load but I don't think so.

That's ok, run it without AC if you want more time. What's the power of the AC? Is it inverter type?
