What the pandora papers accused him of was that he didn't declare those assets jointly owned by the family BEFORE he was sworn in as governor of which he said he didn't know he was suppose to declare his family assets along side his own. The pandora leaks didn't accuse him of stealing anything, it only said he didn't fully declare his assets and that was before he was sworn in as governor.

Up till today, EFCC has not tendered an invitation to Peter obi even though he offered to give an explanation if needed.
