Shipping was free( Ali express standard shipping) and the device got to me within 50days+

I thought Access bank limit is $200 how come yours is $299.

Don't close the dispute,my advice do not close that dispute,
If you wait after 15 days,you can't open a dispute anymore,
Tell the seller you would write him a five Star review after the whole dispute,but do not close it,he would offer to refund you via PayPal which you might not be able to get.

I collected my 3 item from speedaf today, it was so easy for me, no body asked me for airtime for phone or to drop something. I can now order from AliExpress with rest of mind and getting it in no time.
