She competed with you for a client, she is under no legal obligation not to as you have no NCA signed with her .. are you aware if she sees this and she sues you for damages she will win you in every court from state court to supreme court ? You are risking serious jail time here. Where did she sign with you legally that she would not compete with you for a client ? She didn't sign any document as your staff or an NCA! there is a reason why you can't apply laws to freelance that you do to a legally employed staff.

I work for a multinational that I would rather not name.. they made me sign an NDA and NCA Meaning when I leave the Company (whether mutually or due to unforeseen circumstances) I can't work in a competiting brand for 72 months ( 3 years) and I can't take their clients or refer or even try to pitch their clients , I can't discuss any of my work or the company's work with an interviewer or anyone .

I am at my level. If i climb higher, i will do higher. I am not for everyone. I train and build my team for a week before assigning projects. I owe no one. All that's here is defamation. How many youths have earned a million naira per month let alone pay other people a million naira per month
