that LB Fernandez for U23 is quite good on the ball. he can get a lot of assists in the first team.

Sadly that's the situation of the game now. Nobody wants to know how important you are to the team. Once you don't score or assist, you're useless. If you score or assist while being one of the worst player on the pitch, you're productive( and one of the best). Most people don't look at in game match play...
