Good... Are there side effects of masturbation? I don't think so... It's a good way to know what you like and don't like... Orgasms help you to relax and sleep well! Don't listen to people who say there's nothing wrong with masturbation.... they've not been there before. There's a lot of side effects physically, frequent ejaculation and orgasm will make you weak and reduce your testerone. You won't perform well in demanding physical activities like football. I hear people say it has both physical and spiritual effect but I don't give a damn about those things. There're many sex starved women out there so I don't see any reason why I would indulge in it. The only time I do it is when am observing withdrawal method.
