if you earn 100k annual pay is 1.2m. 10 % of this should be what you pay aa rent, anything above it you just slaving away

I have never use my salary to pay for house rent for the past six years but my side income. And that can be gotten in just one month.

Well, my one month salary pays my annual house rent and leaves a little change sha..

It took a lot of sacrifice and dedication to.get that far tho.
