Anyways as for me I have been very deliberate with regards to living below my means, I'm quite comfortable, I earn about 1m monthly and my rent is 450k pa, but I have some heavy black tax, as such man still gats plan well.
So yeah half of my monthly earning goes to rent- a mini flat on the mainland.

Please where do you live that you pay 450k for a 2 bedroom? For me I earn over 600k and my rent is 500k for a 1 bedroom apartment.. I am not happy!
