The video could have been from another country, not Russia, the altercation between the police and civilians could be about any number of issues, not even related to the war. All EU countries have banned Russian State media, US, Canada has done so. Youtube has also ban RT America and Sputnik. Why did they?

I watch RT America in youtube for more than 3 months before this. You know what I observed? They are all hosted and cohosted and ran by Americans. So all these countries ban RT American, removed it all from all their platforms saying they says lies and propaganda.

But it does not end there, the US have gone as far as bringing up a law that anyone having an opposing views would be seen as a terrorist. They are calls for fox news to be banned.

I am going to ask you, did you notice all that?

Russia made a law that anyone pushing falsehood and disinformation will face jail term, you know who resigned from Russia tv space? BBC, CNN, MSBC etc. So to you, Russia is leaving "State TV like RT and Sputnik so as to control the narrative", what do you think US is doing?

You are one weird and funny guy, I must say. The way you scrutinize "Western Media", if that's the same way you scrutinize RT and Sputnik, you'd have figured out by now how rubbish they are.

I'm not saying BBC, CNN, NY Times etc are perfect, but they tend to correct their error in reporting if there is any.

Most of these top news agencies have reporters on ground in the war zones covering the news even when it's not safe for them....see that video of Sky News reporters being shot at by soldiers they said were Russians....

How many RT or Sputnik reporters have you seen so far during this crisis? Their own is just to sit in their offices and try to cast doubt on whatever is being reported on.

Sometimes, if you watch CNN and they report some kind of news trending, they always put a label like "CNN hasn't been able to independently verify so so so and so", if it turns out to be true, then they state so, if it's false, they retract.

Have you ever seen RT or Sputnik retracting anything they report on?

Few days ago, I shared you a link about how most people in Russia don't even know or believe that a war is going on in Ukraine. You could see that woman that was interviewed in the link I sent saying that she doesn't believe her government would lie to her.... And that she doesn't believe there's a war in Ukraine.

I'm sure you know the reason why BBC, CNN NY Times etc have pulled out of Russia, except you just want to act ignorantly like you don't know.

It wasn't even only them that pulled out. The only independent station airing in Russia closed their station for good because the government has given strict orders for them not to use the words "war" or "invasion", or even show Russians citizens the footage from what's going on in Ukraine....if they do, they risk 15 years in jail.... The few ones still reporting from Russia don't put label and location on what they are reporting.... for their own safety. (Just like that video I sent to you that you're currently disputing).

To cap it all up, in the beginning of this war.... A couple of Russian soldiers didn't even know they were going to Ukraine, maybe the top soldiers would have known, but the young infantrymen didn't.

That's just how silly this war is.... So for you to try and scrutinize anything that oppose your view, but don't do the same to the ones that aligns with yours isn't smart - to say the least.

If you so much believe in Sputnik and RT, would you also tell me that all what is happening in Ukraine is a lie or what?

When US were fighting different wars in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistans vietnam etc.... Is this how they were gagging their media and avoiding their citizens from knowing they are fighting any war in those countries?

Why do you think you can go online and still see footage from World War II that happened far back as 1939 - 1945, if not because of independent media outlets, risking their lives to go to the frontlines to report what's going on.

How about Coronavirus? Have you not seen how suddenly the Russia Ukraine war makes the Virus disappear? Biden, VP, Speaker, democrats, Republicans etc did not wear mask. Did the CDC suddenly say they can go without masks? How about the media wars on Ivermectin? Calling it a horse de-wormer? RT (like I said I do not watch sputnik) has been saying as Putin said that Russia was not going to invade. They have been saying that for months. After Russia invade, they came out and said they were wrong. At least that is one of the few videos left in their channel before the west started removing them.

One an old woman and the other a young lady and you feel that what these 2 people said is a reflection of millions of people?

You do not just throw claims anyhow. What was the name of the independent station? It has to have a name, then I can respond to it.

I have no response to this. I saw those early videos etc. They may have been true or not, but what I knew was that there was a lot of false information in those early period. As it stands, Ukraine says it has killed more than 10k Russian soldiers, I guess you believe it too.

You do not live Russia, so you have no evidence of them gagging their media except what Sky News reports

Again I'll say this: Russia wants everyone to believe they are invading Ukraine because they don't want them to join NATO.... But the truth is that, it's just a smokescreen on what they really want.

The initial deal was for Ukraine to give up it's nuclear weapons to Russia with the promise that Russia won't annex anywhere in the country.

Russia broke that promise when they annexed Crimea in 2014, just two years after it was discovered that Crimea was rich in oil.

Russia didn't stop there, they started funding separatist in the Donbas region as another excuse to annex those places.

Okay lemme ask you - what was Putin's reason for annexing two states in Georgia in 2008? Cos Georgia isn't even in NATO or EU.

Putin's main goal is to recreate the old Soviet Union.

It's sad that most of you are falling for this NATO BS stuff.

If Putin succeeds in annexing the whole of Ukraine, won't he still be sharing borders with the NATO he claims to be so much concerned about?

Another thing I'll remind you is that, most of the countries that broke out from the Soviet Union and are now independent States prefer to form alliance with the West, cos they all see Russia as an unfriendly neighbour.

Have you asked yourself why all the countries bordering Russia are not supporting them in this war?

Even Belarus that were sending soldiers when the war began have suddenly stopped.

I'm against oppression and what Putin is doing is trying to oppress Ukraine into submission.

Ukraine freely gave him Crimea, but he still isn't satisfied, he still wants more.... He said so himself that Ukraine should never have been a country.

A lot of innocent people have died in this war all because of his ego.

Now imagine if Biafra has broken out of Nigeria doing the 1966 war, and then a new Nigerian president is coming to attack Biafra by trying to join them back into Nigeria.... Will Biafra sit back and allow it happen without trying to defend themselves and their land?

The right wingers now see democrats as the enemy.... They would prefer to side with traditional american enemies than the democrats.

Trump came in spewing on a constant basis how much of an enemy the democrats are and how much of a fake news everything is... Except what comes out of his mouth.... Most traditional conservative outlets like Fox News went more extreme.

Other far right stations like Newsmax and OANN popped up.... Constantly telling their viewers how everything on CNN BBC etc is fake news.... And you think that doesn't have effect on some viewers?

Surely not everyone will fall for it..... But most will.

I already explained to you in my previous post about Ukraine having nuclear facilities.

In case you don't know, they have nuclear facilities because they once had nuclear weapons, and those weapons were produced in those facilities.... Unfortunately for them, they gave up all their nuclear weapons to Russia.

Those nuclear facilities still exists till today and there are still a lot of radiation within the environment as a result, that's why it's not advisable to bomb those areas cos a lot of radiation could spill and affect those living around there.... You can read about the worst nuclear disaster ever happened on earth. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chernobyl_disaster.... It was in Ukraine (Chernobyl).... One of the two facilities Russian troops now occupy.

Maybe you can do your own personal reading and findings about nuclear facilities instead of relying on these talk show and opinion hosts.
