Government must totally change the criteria by which they employ staff of BRT. Let there be standard rules & regulations for drivers to comply. I have seen cases where some BRT drivers are playing secular songs and loud it in such a manner that obstruct passengers who want to communicate on their mobile phone. Facilities that are in those buses should not be abused or used for criminal act.
